How does the PMS integration work?

Connect your PMS and Torro takes care of everything — it automatically loads all your properties, reads your reservation data, and creates cleaning jobs the moment a checkout is confirmed. No manual setup, no data entry. If your PMS is not yet supported, send us an inquiry and we will notify you if we plan to add the synchronisation.

What happens if a cleaner reports a maintenance issue?

When a cleaner finishes a job, they can report issues or missing items directly from their mobile app. The report is instantly converted into a maintenance task and assigned to your maintenance team based on priority.

Can I customize roles and permissions?

Yes. Torro supports fully customizable roles — Cleaner, Maintenance, Manager, Admin, and more. Each role can be assigned specific permissions so your team only sees what is relevant to them.

Is there a mobile app for cleaners and maintenance?

Yes. Cleaners and maintenance workers use a mobile-first app to view their assigned jobs, follow checklists, start and finish tasks, and report issues. It is designed to be simple enough for anyone to use.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the number of apartments in your portfolio: €12 per apartment per month for 1–5 apartments, €9 per apartment per month for 6–20 apartments, and €7 per apartment per month for 21 or more apartments. All prices exclude 25% VAT.

Do you support multiple properties in different locations?

Absolutely. Torro is built for property managers with apartments spread across different buildings, neighbourhoods, or cities. The dashboard gives you a unified view across all locations.

What is the onboarding process?

Getting started is simple. Connect your PMS, create your team members, and Torro handles the rest — properties, jobs, and assignments are configured automatically. Most managers are fully operational within a day. Scale tier customers receive dedicated onboarding support.
