The Torro website (usetorro.com) uses a minimal number of cookies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking.

We use PostHog, a product analytics service provided by PostHog, Inc., to understand how visitors use our website. PostHog sets a first-party cookie (ph_…_posthog) to recognise returning visits and may record anonymised session replays of how our pages are used. We do not use it for advertising or behavioural profiling.
PostHog is loaded in an opted-out state: no PostHog cookie is set and no usage data or session replay is captured until you accept cookies in our banner. If you decline, PostHog stays switched off.
We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.) to measure aggregate page views and page-load performance. These are cookieless, store no identifier on your device, and therefore do not rely on your consent.
Our website uses Zoho SalesIQ, a live chat and visitor engagement service provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. (European Union), to let you talk to our team directly from the site. The chat widget is hosted in Zoho's European data centre.
The chat widget itself is available whether or not you accept analytics cookies, because it only runs when you choose to use it. Zoho SalesIQ's analytics and performance cookies — used for visitor tracking and chat statistics — are enabled only after you accept cookies in our banner. Until then, SalesIQ visitor tracking is switched off.
If you start a chat, the messages you send and basic technical details (browser, device, pages viewed during the conversation) are processed by Zoho on our behalf so we can answer you. For more information see Zoho's Privacy Policy.
